Actually nevermind. I found it.

Some things I don't understand are:
Threadripper is based of Epyc. I don't think the new Epyc chips required a new chipset to run... So why is Threadripper?
That Excuse about PCIe 4.0 is stupid as we already saw even x470 boards can run PCIe 4.0 without issues...
The memory controller is still four channel on the standard TR 3000 chips so what difference does it make how many are the IMCs internally? They still have the same physical connections to the DRAM modules...
EPIC still has NUMA nodes, just more cores per numa.
New entry TR 24 Core maybe one NUMA.

Maybe X399 will be supported in higher core counts only with NUMA architecture post 24 ... i kinnda hope for that e.g

TRX40 budget X399 with dual channel, single NUMA support (2x20=40)
TRX80 equivalent but updated X399 with quad channel, dual NUMA (4x20=80)
WRX80 buffed X399 with octa channel, quad NUMA (hence WRX)

I believe this is what we are going to get.

16C/32T - x399 compatible
24C/32T - x399 compatible
32C/64T - x399 compatible

Anything greater would require (WRX) which is x499 (or x599)
64C/128T - would be the next top tier WRX on x499(x599)
