X570 Godlike weirdness

After using the Dragon Center to set the MB LEDs to solid color this stuff has been happening, the MB LEDs are now flashing randomly and the board says 0C/OC when in Windows. I suppose it's not indicating OverClock The manual doesn't list this POST code (Reserver for future...)

Flashing BIOS or reinstalling Dragon Center doesn't fix this, even with all Mystic Light disabled they still flash. Tried to ask on MSI forums but they must have my external IP banned somehow, I can't even view it!
(the LED's are pulsing on camera, that's normal but the flashes are not)

That said also PBO is very wonky, sometimes it works and sometimes my 3600* gets stuck at 3.6GHz.

*Temporary, have a 3900X on order.

Did you try clearing CMOS entirely (remove battery to be sure) and then reflashing afterwards?

P.S. There's also 4 "EZ Debug" LEDs if the code is not in the manual. Maybe they can give a clue as to the problem.

The board runs, that's the biggest issue. I did reset the CMOS.
