I've had a pretty productive night.
- I got my computer settled into it's case (Phantex P6002, pr0n attached) this vastly improved my airflow and temp
- on Ryzen master had 4.25 going at 1.275 and my ram going at 3800 cl16 with fclk and Mclk at 1900 top score with that was 7435 (I forgot to get a screen grab, and only got one from the run before it at 7431, it's attached for timings)
- I tried bumping that 4.25 down to 1.268 but and it was promising but wasn't stable through repeated runs.
- Then plugged in my daily driver setting (4.2 at 1.244) and tried some 3600 CL 16 1800/1800 timings and beat that score with a 7454 (attached)
-rounded it out with my current daily driver which is the same [email protected]
with my ram running XMP 3200 cl14 which I got a 7441 with. (no screen)
I'm happy with my performance boost from better airflow, but it seems like I don't get out of the same general range. That said I was comparing Ryzen Master 4.25/3800cl16 to BIOS set 4.2/3600cl16... I am done for tonight but I'll probably try to get that 4.25/3800cl16 set through bios tomorrow and see if I can improve that result.
note (all best scores were out of runs of at least 10, the [email protected]
crashed on it's 7th more or less consecutive run)
