X570 Gigabyte Extreme Troubleshooting

Professionals that have encountered this issue please assist. I have tried everything I can think of/researched.

The issue: I was playing games, PC black screen froze up on me. Waited about 10 minutes and was forced to force power off holding down power button. This corrupted my windows files/drivers. Since then I have experienced alot of stutters/BSOD/freezing.

After much research and fixing attempts, I found that my chipset drivers are not being installed. The AMDSmbus, high precision event timer, device memory access controller, and a few other chipset drivers state "no driver is currently installed" instead of "this device is working properly"

I have reset the PC for new windows installs 3 times. Performed general wipe/reset. - re-installed all drivers no luck. Performed PC Recycle no luck, have done clean windows install from media boot drive, still the same issue. Each time following the correct steps of making sure windows is up to date, followed by going to Gigabytes website to re-install all drivers, proceeded to AMD's site to install the GPU drivers and the most current chipset drivers. After each driver/chipset install on both Gigabyte & AMD, I go into device manager to check & see if they are working. After thoroughly doing chipset driver installations even repeated amounts of times, these chipset devices remain "no device driver is currently installed"

I have gone through SFC/SCANNOW, the DISM/RESTOREHEALTH, NETSCH WINSOCK reset several times on top of 3 clean windows installs. I have downloaded and attempted to use the too "Drivereasy" for automatic system check & installation of these drivers and even that is not pulling the drivers to install.

I have verified all components in the system work, the RAM, the GPU's (tried my 2 that work fine in other system) PSU worked fine in old system. I have flashed the bios again after another fresh install of windows, and attempted to re-install these chipset drivers from AMD site again (also have tried gigabytes website) both have not succeeded.

I am running out of options and would really appreciate some assistance. I would like to fix the issue if possible instead of going through RMA.

If RMA is necessary is it the motherboard? Seems more likely that is the scenario.

System is a 3900x, x570 Gigabyte Extreme motherboard, 32gb ram, 1250w platinum psu, verified both my rx580 & vega 64 work fine in another system (along with other components)

What do I need to do to get my system to install these drivers properly? Thank you so much

The last chipset driver is only for the 1903. Are you using the default bios settings and memory on 2133? What about voltages? Sorry but you gave us not enough info...
