EK-Velocity RGB - AMD Full Nickel mounting

Hi Everybody!

I got the stated waterblock, but for some reason, I'm not able to tighten the screws with my fingers. Sadly, I must to use tools to do so and it's not 100%, because I don't want to damage anything.
I made a video from it:

Has anybody the same Problem?

Thank you!

Looks bad, try all over again. If fail, need to send back ek. Looks like threads went outside tolerance.

Next time consider aquacomputer or watercool. Their . manufacturing are much higher quality, or ek is producing too much too fast.

Hi,
Over tightening can bend or flatten socket pins
Where does it say you're supposed to bottom out the nuts
That would make the springs sort of irreverent wouldn't it.

According to the manual, I should tighten the screws until I reach the end of the thread... but I can't... this is why I used the tool and the towel.
I contacted EK Support, the video was mode for the support to show, it's not going as they planned...

I have a Supremacy EVO Block, there is no Problem, I can tighten the screws with my fingers until the end of the thread without any sort of problem.

Something is off...

Hi,
Take the studs out then tighten the nuts on them without the springs see how far they go.

The best part is, on the same page is shown, how to apply correct the TIM. Ales told me from EK Support, I should do the "pea" method, this is why I done it like this. Because the tightening is only one of the two problems:

I tried that and they are equal, so when the thread is too long, all 4 of them are faulty.
