ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ABBA Firmware?

ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI)
Ryzen 3rd Gen 3700X + (H115i Pro AIO)
G.Skill Trident Z Royal 3600 CL16
EVGA RTX 2080Ti XC Ultra
Sabrent Rocket NVME PCIE 4.0 SSD (1TB)
Seasonic 600w 80+Titanium Fanless PSU
Lian Li PC-011 Dynamic
3 bottom intake fans and 3 side output fans with the H115i Pro AIO up top.

Before I updated the firmware I was able to OC the Infinity Fabric and memory to 1866mhz(3733mhz) coupled. I performed many hours of stress tests to make sure it was stable.
After updating the firmware to the new ABBA fix (v1201) I am unable to OC my Infinity Fabric beyond 1800mhz stable.
I am also unable to achieve stable OC of my Ram beyond the XMP Profile.
I tried many different options with voltage, phase control and LLC. I was using much higher settings than I did previously with no luck.

I know the ABBA update was supposed to fix boost frequencies not reaching advertised speeds, but since I am manually OCing without PBO... I don't know what the deal is.
Has anyone else had similar issues after updating to the new ABBA firmware?
I would roll back, but this firmware seems more stable for me. The previous firmware was slow on boot and the UEFI inputs were very laggy.
I'm thinking I might have to wait for another firmware update that potentially addresses this.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
Yes I'm also having stability issues that are memory overclocking related. Purchased this motherboard on advice from many tech tuber's recommendation and quite frankly find lack of information on how to tune BIOS settings to maximize Ryzen 3000 performance disappointing. I've only ever known 1201, and like you have been able to get 3800/1900 to work on G.Skill FlareX 3200 CL14 B-die kit [16-17-16-17-32-48 1T]. But now games crash and my 3700x only boosts to 4,342MHz (43.5 x 99.80) which is kind of annoying since coming from B350/X470/B450 motherboards prior to this. Would love to know your LLC settings?

So far I've been able to run: -50mV offset CPU voltage, SoC at 1.100 V, DRAM 1.40 V as per DRAM Calculator, DiGi+VRM settings: CPU Level 4, 120%, 300, T.Probe, Manual, Ultra Fast. SoC Level 3, 120%, 300, Optimal. Performance Enhancer left on Auto, does this affect anything? Bias same again, left on Auto, does it even do anything? Just want to run PBO but even that's not straight forward setting. There's CBS and AMD Overclocking menu's and changing settings doesn't seem to work properly.

Hopefully new BIOS revision that's imminent will "improve performance" as intended. I'd just like someone to write a guide on which and what settings to configure to get the most from my Ryzen 3000 chip. Care to share some of your settings?

Why is there no overclocking guide for this motherboard yet? Would love to know what DiGi+VRM settings people are using. My memory overclock is memtest86 stable but I'm still getting BSOD's and can't apply any GPU overclock without games crashing. Stock and XMP settings work fine with optimized defaults. So much praise for this board yet so little info on how to set it up properly for maximum performance. Anyone care to shed some light on it please?
