The Gigabyte bios can also erase anything set settings/XFR enhancement section when it resets. You may not have everything auto but you should also check if the Fclk is running at the right frequency when you boot successfully.
I misread your original post and thought your were saying people were having troubles with TridentZ Neos. Now I see you're saying they're easy to post with.
The Corsairs were just to rule out bad memory. My primary kit is TridentZ (non-Neo) 3200CL14 2x16GB. These are B-die (like the Neos?) but maybe not as good a binning.
Yeah... as per the main thread. B-die is best for low latency clocks but it seems to have the most issues with regard to posting - just more finicky I guess with B die. Once you fine-tune it, you should be good. In the main thread there are some suggestions for the termination settings - try those and you should be good.
Congrats on you figuring out some way to success in per ccx overclock - I do think it's better this way (better performance and lower temperatures overall)
