MSi B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

Hasn't been a day, and I am experiencing some issues.

Bought this board to replace a knockoff board, the first time this happen was while I was updating windows it just clicked off with the MSI Debug light 1 showing IE ( Indicates CPU is not detected or fail ) no response from mouse or keyboard and no video, I figured maybe a fluke due to me not having all the drivers installed.. Well hard reset and it came back on no issue, finished it up uptime was around 14 hours, ( now I was at work ) came home computer was in sleep mode pushed the power button to wake it up and again Debug light 1 no response from anything.

I just ran Cinebench no issues did hit a temp of 70c I ran a 35 minute stress test still running...

Now I am using the knock off ram sticks could that be the problem? ( knock off as in a custom set from CyberPower )

Also this board is also a little high on my voltage then it was for the 2700x around or could it be something not jiving with the sleep mode ?

I must also add that while moving the CPU from the POS board it literally came out of the socket still attached to the cooler, pins looked all intact

Small update- did some gaming an hour on World of Warships ( yea not that taxing I know ) all fine 4.2ghz 44c max temp then went to SOTR 2 hours 4.2ghz 45-55c.. still up and running..

Could this be a Windows problem? or possibly power supply ? ( but I would think if it was power supply it would have shutdown or failed again ) or am I over looking something

Ok update, I've disabled sleep mode and so far no CPU fail code, so I'm wondering if this could be a software glitch instead of hardware. Cause I decided to go into event viewer and track down where/when the system became nonresponsive and it pointed to Power_Kernal no information other then that. Unless it is a power supply issue where I'm using only 4 of the 8 pin cpu power connectors due to the fact that the power supply only has a 4... but some people say the extra 4 is basically a redundant supply and not needed..
