Aorus TRX40 fan control issues

I have a small issue with fan speed control on my TRX 40 Xtreme, they don't seem to listen all too well and I am wondering is there a way to calibrate them?
I have 6x Noctua NF-12xA25 running through a 6-way Phanteks PWM header with separate power but the fans already spin at 100% when set to about 20-30% on the curve.

I have tried setting fixed RPM until 70*C CPU temp and with 3s (maximum) delay but the speed still random fluctuates when I'm browsing the web etc.

I just disable that annoying vrm fan and setup my own 120mm fan to cool the entire VRM area.

I have mine disabled until 80*C too, same for the PCH fan because they are easily audible on any RPM. The main issue are the CPU fans here.

I'm having similar issues with mine and I'm getting quite annoyed with this board! The mouse pointer in the BIOS is lagging so badly, The FAN control is atrocious at best in both the BIOS and in Windows (that strange program Gigabyte SVI). No RGB control of any king in the BIOS and the Windows app is just a joke... I like the hardware but the software is so bad, that this thing is almost unusable!!!

The laggy mouse pointer is some CSM/UEFI AMD problem, have seen it before on X570 though. I fully agree on the RGB app, it's a PoS, just give me BIOS controls for RGB and leave my OS alone from any bloatware.
