Sadly it can't be tested is Safe mode... boosting is not working at all and HWInfo or RM or any other monitoring software doesn't load.
I tried to start with a selective boot with minimal stuff loaded and it does it the same.

One other thing come up in the head now.

How about export all settings in AMD ryzen master software when you are on USB stick. And then import that profile to your main install.

Well I don't really use it, everything is configured in BIOS
It's installed on the USB stick install just to check values.

I suspect it. I also use bios now. it gets too much to have settings in master.

Can't come up with any more ideas for now.

Settings in bios should be the same on both windows as hardware have same settings sett om bord. So only I can think of is some changes in windows made this. So if you change something lately. Try role it back.

Reinstall windows should work I think. But that is not fun to do..

Maybe if you have master installed only on USB windows. It may sett difere t settings then you have in bios. And that's why you see different value?

I can see the correct values applied in Ryzen Master both on USB stick and main install.
Just on main install doesn't go above 80-83% while on the USB stick up to 99%...
