ROG Strix X570-F No Post

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
Mobo: Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming Mobo
GPU: Red Devil RX 5700 XT 8GB GPU
PSU: Corsair RM750 80+ Gold FMod PSU
RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2133
SSD: 500GB Crucial MX500 SSD M.2

So this is a friend of mines and he just built it and it won't post.

Clue...The motherboard LED check lights don't come on at all. RAM/CPU/etc nothing. Doesn't cycle through them, nothing, not one of them ever turns on no matter what we do.

Things we tried.....
Hooking the extra unnecessary 4 pin EPS up

Taking all memory sticks out (to see if LED comes on, doesn't), putting 1 stick back in the right slot as per 1 stick in the manual..putting it in all the other slots for the hell of it, doing the same with the other stick.

Swapping out GPU's with a 1060 he had.

Clearing CMOS

Double Checking every single connection, making sure everything was hooked up right. Making sure HDMI was in GPU not the motherboard (not integrated)

I'm lost at this point, mainly because the mobo leds won't turn on at all. But when we hit the power button everything turns on, just doesn't post, no lights flash, no indicator that theres any life at all other than fans and the LED's on the fans. GPU fan turns on on the 1060, not on the 5700 since I think it leaves them off until it gets hot.

ANY ideas? He's spent 3 days on this and its his first build and he's pretty bummed.

He doesn't have a speaker so I made him order one yesterday. There is no jumper so we've been clearing it by just shorting it with whatever metal thing he can use. I'm sure the speaker will provide some more insight when it gets there.

Hate when things like that happen, especially to a first time builder. Good luck !
