Wattage is not your problem quality is, what you need is not more wattage 450 watts is fine what you need is a PSU that can DO 450 watts which is dont think your old one really can, not sure but it sure looks like a no name you unit you have.

64c underload isn't that bad, wouldn't cause this anyway

I was having very similar problems with my old PSU (thermal-take tr2 lol)

(Marketed) Wattage certainly isnt your issue, a quality 450w-500w PSU will fuel that setup quite well, in fact a quality 450w-500w PSU will run most setups well, its when you have sli/crossfire/ a fx-9xxx or highly overclocked fx-8xxx that you really should worry about wattage

I'd recommend the Rosewill Capstone 450w or 550w unit for ~60usd for the 450 or 70usd for the 550, I like mine, I haven't heard anything bad about it, the other way around actually.

Thank you all for your replies and helping me finding out the problemn source.

PSU is the problem.

I changed it with Corsair VS450 SMPS.and tried. It never turned off or get hanged. But only once the temperature spiked to 65 degree and i got the message that it was too hot.
and it itself got reduced

Depens on what you can find at what price, the Corsair VS is the worst and cheapest unit Corsair sells and Corsair has not made it if you did not already knew.
