Op, here are some alternatives . . .

Motherboard

https://www.amazon.com/MSI-X470GPLUS...y&sr=8-1-fkmr0

RAM - can't cheap out on this. This is B-die, which works best on Ryzen

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...-217-_-Product

PSU - Your case hides this unit, so no need for full modular.

https://www.amazon.com/Seasonic-SSR-...r=8-1-fkmrnull

GPU - OC it a bit and it should perform like the 580. My R9 290 oc matches a stock 580 easy.

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16814150815

Drop the cpu cooler for now. The Spire cooler is just as good as the 212, Replace the stock paste with MX-4.

The new Ryzen 3000 and X570/550 boards are coming in a few weeks. Mid June.

The CPU cooler is an old mediocre overrated overhyped cooler and is not worth buying

https://www.overclock.net/forum/246-...ernatives.html
the Cryorig H7 is a good option that cost around the same and is newer better and more quiet

The PSU you picked is not bad but its very loud under higher loads
The Seasonic Focus series is newer much better and also more quiet

The Seasonic S12III is not worth buying either by the way

This ^^

Go with a Cryorig. The Hyper 212 was big in the days of 4-core Phenom and Core 2 Duo CPUs of 2007. Though the design has held up through the years, it likely not meet your modern CPU cooling needs and will not meet your expectations.

By the way why are you buying a Windows 10 DVD when you can download Windows 10 for free and buy a digtal activation key for much less money?
Here in Denmark i can buy a digtal activation key for $55 and thats not even the cheapest place

You dont have a DVD drive in the cart anyway so unless you have an old drive you can re-use you cant install using the DVD

I bought 2 Win 10 Pro keys on eBay for $10 each. If they don't work eBay will give you back the money and if they do work then don't be a jerk and leave good feedback.

Also, why are you spending so much on a bronze power supply?

Well, regardless of price, the efficiency rating has nothing to do with quality.

It's a Seasonic so I'm assuming it's excellent quality.

Yes, typically, Seasonic is the OEM of most, if not all of their PSUs. So it's probably safe to say they are quality as they are a well-known reputable brand.

I'm sure @shilka would have more info in regards to that. I'd just go with shilka's recommendation, make sure it fits your bill and build and call it a day.
