Get better RAM. You're going to choke Ryzen with 2400. You can get 2800 for the same price or 3000 for $8 more.

AMD FX-8320 Vishera @ X4 5022mhz (+43.5%)

My one concern is how hot the card will get in such a small case. 580's run a little hot normally and add in a small case, i'd be a little worried. Have you looked into a mid sized case?

I selected those flare x because i dont really wanna tinker with timings or clocks, just enable axmp. How about these

corsair vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3000 15-17-17-35

I can just enable xmp and then maybe drop them to 2933?

Why would you buy 3000 and drop it to 2933? Just run 3000.

I found this on Kitguru's review of the case, https://www.kitguru.net/components/c...lv-itx-review/

If it can handle the R9 290 reasonably well the RX580 should be smooth sailing?

Spoiler!

If it can handle the R9 290 reasonably well the RX580 should be smooth sailing?

I would not recommend that case. I would question why the cpu with an AIO cooler hits 80C @ load. Those are stock air cooler temps. Straight from the kitguru review:

Quote:
Overall this is a decent case and when you consider the low price it is remarkably good value. It is not obvious why Phanteks has put so much effort into creating a Mini-ITX case when a budget Micro-ATX case would do a very similar job and would doubtless provide better cooling and lower noise levels.

I recommend Fractal Design Define Mini C Black Silent Compact MATX Mini Tower Computer Case $79.99

Direct review against OP case

First thing's first... Must it really be an ITX?

Other than that...;
Unless you're overclocking, it's probably not worth going for the cooler.

I second that the RAM is too slow. RAM prices are relatively cheap right now. Take this opportunity to get at least 2933 MHz RAM, preferably 3000 MHz and up, with respectable timings.

Did you consider the ASRock B450 GAMING ITX? If you care about sound, it has a much better sound chip (less noisy). That does come at the cost of lower quality VRM. But if you're not overclocking, it shouldn't matter.
