M378A2K43BB1-CRC overclocking on Ryzen 2700

I have an MSI X470 Gaming Plus with Ryzen 2700 and 2x OEM samsung B-Die 16GB sticks. I also installed heatsinks on this memory. When I set the frequency at 3266MHz+ system does not start. With any timings, RTT, CAD settings system goes to cold boot, freeze on msi bios logo or draw some blue on screen and freeze, but no complete BSoD.
I suspect the problem may be in the memory controller, as it is difficult to work with dual rank memory, but I'm not sure. One memory stick also don't start on 3266+.
What can help?

What AGEASA/Bios you running? I have Samsung D-die dual-rank could not get it to boot over 3266MHZ as well. That was old bios- new bios my single rank kit booted right up at 3466. The latest Ageasa has better RAM settings for sure.

I've tried from 1.35 to 1.45 for ram and up to 1.15v for SoC/NB.

Have you used the Ryzen Timing Configurator by 1usmus?

Yes, but my memory doesn't work with these settings. It needs bigger timings and voltage.
