Having huge graphics problems!

I have an RX480 under liquid with and oced 580 bios for years now, never had any type of issue. This month tho, my pc is going crazy, idk if it was coz of the bios update or windows one, but my card can't be stable anymore, in every game at any clock it crashes, also I've noticed that voltage doesn't want to hit 1.25 anymore, stays at 1.244.
In this case I thought my gpu was gone, so I tried the 2 580 in my bro AM3+ pc, same thing, no metter what, no metter the bios or driver, games crashes... Even had some blue screens:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION ntoskrnl.exe

I'm running a 2700x {10x -0.1) with 3600c14 on a CH7, ram already tested with memtest.

Before this, I tested my gpu in a crossfire configuration in my bro pc, I removed it without disabling it, could be the cause? I'm really lost at this point.

Also I did a clean install of win10

Edit: I've noticed after installing drivers, my desktop goes full green or purple, still be able to see it, but only with that color.

Try one card at a time.

Ok, I think I figured it out... Was the last CH7 bios, reverted back to the 2103, for now no crashes of any type

Yep, first thing I tried, but for now with the older bios seems to work.

Basically something went unstable with the BIOS and I can probably guess it has to do with memory OC. You run 3600Cl14?

There are some timings that are borderline working and slight differences in BIOS may put it to stable/unstable condition. You usually can't just flip over all the same settings to new BIOS version without hassle running highly OC:ed.

I find memory OC issues often affect ATI/AMD graphics drivers first when they want to bluescreen. You might need to relax some timing or increase voltage or some of the other settings to regain the comfort zone.

Gigabyte X570 AORUS XTREME, Ryzen 7 3800X PBO boost, 2x8GB 4866/1900 18.27.24.48.90.tRFC 680 1T 1.650V [Micron Rev.J]

Before I ran 3466, but after updating the bios 3600 c14 (ryzen dram calculator settings) passed all memtest64, same 3466... Now im keeping 3466 c14
