Hi,
Each build has used carrots on sticks to get people on them.

It takes months after releases to just workout basic bugs and it seems just more popup than being fixed.

I keep on hearing about it but none of my benchmarks support those claims. I have very clean system with all drivers up to date, I also have insider version of 1903 since it's beginning and still none of that improvement other people are getting. If there's any, it's on a level of statistical error.

On a Ryzen based system now and the 1903 build seems more responsive on the desktop and in applications.

The update caused my system to no longer boot properly though. Even with all drivers updated and the boot issue fix implemented I am still seeing failure to boot every third power up or so.

Most would call that one step forward two steps back.

Google translate for this website is HORRIBLE!

Anyways, TLDR for those who don't have the patience, it's negligible. Apps and games see a extremely small bump or drop in performance. I'm taking maybe 1.1 FPS over all either way. Some may see the increase, other may see a decrease, most will see NOTHING AT ALL. Also, there isn't enough data. Not going to take the word from one website. There needs to be multiple outlets saying the same thing for this to be credible. Take your thoughts and finding with the BIGGEST GRAIN OF SALT ever. You know those mountain goats that walk up high angled mountain sides to get salt? The "risk your life for that taste" salt? yea, that salt.

Steve from Hardware Unboxed points out that the improvements for Ryzen have been put in 1903 but won't really go in effect until firmware updates are released

All depends on what hardware you use, Mine got slower but it works more smooth, to the point i'd now say, screw overclocking (yes even simple XMP won't work errorfree anymore). Pc works most smooth on stock settings, Faster is NOT better anymore.
Probably thanks to all the mitigations intel had to put out for their shot hardware full of leaks. And windows now enabling them standard. All in all a nice way to start obsoleting older equipment that still works perfectly fine.

THERE IS NO SPOON. It's all manipulations from marketing bureaus and their bosses. What they all have not tried to counter their declining hardware sales.... LIES and more LIES.

System : i7-3770 (4.1 GHz Allcore OC) / 16 GB Corsair Dominator platinum cl9 1600MHz ram / Asus P8Z77-M / RX Vega 64 LC / R9290X secondary / SSD Intel 520 series + Samsung 850 evo + kingston UV400 / 2x 2TB Seagate HD / DVD-WR / Corsair H110 AIO LC (cpu) / 2x Front Intake fan / Corsair HX1000i psu / Iiyama GB2888ushu 4k freesync monitor / Corsair K70 rapidfire rgb / Logitech G502 / Corsair void usb. + a ghost that sometimes acts up.
