Well, I've only used Prime95 a few times, in general I do not use it as I do not trust the heat that it generates when nothing else I run would come even close to the same heat. A go to stress test I run to quickly see if I have stability is IntelBurnTest with the very high memory preset. It will quickly show if you have any stability issues. I'll also run realbench for an hour or so. The problem for me is that with Prime95 the heat generated is unrealistic if I look at what I do with my processor. I have never seen a blue sreen running any overclock on any of my AMD Ryzen processors, except for this 3950X, but it was ultimately moisture on my Ram modules after some Dry Ice runs over the weekend.
