Alright! it crashed with my GTX 1080. so you were correct. For some reason when I tried this experiment earlier it was much more stable. At least now i know it's either mobo/cpu/ram or PSU.

Edit: I've got the side case off when testing at the moment. CPU hasnt ever gone above 70C full load

****UPDATE****

So..... Took the seasonic PSU out of my personal rig and slapped it in the new computer. Played 30 minutes of witcher with the GTX 1080. I performed a DDU and now im 10 minutes into witcher three with the 5700 XT. I'm gonna let it sit for AWHILE longer before I call it conclusive but prelimary results seem to be.....brand new faulty PSU. if this is the case, I will never buy another brand so long as the company is still in business.

Edit: Also, even the wifi is workin now.

Edit2: Witcher 3 has been running for over an hour with the 5700 XT @ 99% usage using my seasonic unit, I even turned prime95 on in the backround towards the end for ****s and giggles just to see if it would crash. I think we can safely deduce that this replacement CX-750M white label is faulty. Thanks for holding my hand.

The first EVGA psu is completely trash and was causing system instability. I went and got a local CX750M and it too was causing instability. It only became stable when I took a seasonic unit out of my own personal rig and used it. So it was a double whammy, back to back PSU

The EVGA was trash but the CX750M was probably just bad luck
