Ryzen and some Audio troubles

Hello,

I am fighting with TR 1950X running on Asus X399 gaming pro MB. ( Windows 10 )
My main issue is that there is some spikes when using USB audio device and also a huge lags generally when working on DAW software like ableton etc.
I tried to make some improoements over bios etc. but looks like it doesn't help to much.

LatencyMon.exe looks not bad and even when this problems happen it keep below 100.
dpclat.exe - looks bad ~4000 always and i cannot make it less .

If anyone of U can give me some advices i wil be really happy as i am flustrated a lot as i spent money for 'better' processor and hardware and it works like sh**.

What i have done:
. Disabled SMT
. Disabled c states reporting to os
. Changed power plan to not let frequency down
. Made ram improovements with ryzen mem calc
. Changed video card to radeon due to latency problems with nvidia.

Thanx
Rafal
