Need Assistance! OC settings and considerations?

Greetings, I'm hoping some kind folk here may be able to assist me in getting my setup in 'perfect' working order.

I'm old//new to overclocking(been well over a decade out of the tech game) and have spent the past month re-learning and playing around with my system looking to squeeze out a bit more performance ( mainly for gaming ) and I've made gains but there's more to be had.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600 w/ Corsair H60 AIO cooler ( Slight [email protected] but seems to run around 3.93-92 most of the time on 1.3-1.35V)
ASUS PRIME B450M-A

XFX RX 580 4gb

2x8gb Corsair LPX [email protected]

450watt 80+ bronze cert. EVGA 450 BV P-supply
4x casefans sucking in and 1 out(random mix of fans because thats what I had to work with)

Now it took a few weeks for me to sort out the ram issues and post stable beyond 2666-2933mhz, turns out the even tho the SKU's were same on the ram they had different binned chips and a set refuses to post at spec'd ratings so once those were removed I've pushed to 3400 mhz on stock volt(1.35) and timings (16-17-17-35).

Spent quite a bit of time researching AMD's 'infinity fabric' and I still don't know much more than when I started, all looks like wizardry to me even tho on paper it makes sense.

So my questions are, knowing that all these clocks and frequencies must be in some sort of alignment for perfect performance, how and where should I make changes to bring all of these things together? What voltages are unsafe for 24/7 use on this board and chipset?

Any input is appreciated, also those telling me the horrible limitations of my current setup. Not looking to do any crazy overclocking just get all the performance possible while I save and wait to piece-meal together an upgraded system over the next year.

Unless you have an EVGA B3 the PSU you have is not very good and the cooler is not very good either

Thanks for the reply, its a EVGA 450 BV p-supply. I know this cooler isn't great but it's doing a hell of a job keeping temps down. I've yet to see the system go over 40c on full load with current clocks, idles 23c-27c with about a 10c max increase under load.

40c on a H60? there might be something wrong with the program you use or the motherboard sensor because i find that that number hard to believe
As for the EVGA BV is terrible the 12v rail can only do 420 watts and thats at a pathetic 30c so its more like a 300 watts unit

Oh no, the temperatures are more than accurate. A simple finger heat test and I can feel that all components are quite cool to the touch, even after a 6+ hour gaming session. Temps before the cooler and install of all the new case fans were closer to 45-55c idle and 60c+ on load. One thing to consider is that I didn't read the manual(lol manuals..) when installing this cooler and I have set the power headers its hooked into for full speed//rpm so I might be pushing the H60 much more than it is designed.

e: I just looked into settings for these AIO's and it says max speed is best so maybe these numbers are unbelievable because of people posting improperly setup specs? Only time will tell how this unit will perform down the road but right now I am just amazed at how much cooling such a small unit can provide, definitely going to be using liquid cooling for more in the future.

Correction on temperatures, running OCCT burn test yields 55-60c after starting and is slowly creeping up. (.15 every minute or so) We shall see how much higher they go, 800 seconds in sitting at 65c on the core package and 49c//25c coming off other sensors. Gonna watch it run for a bit and see if there's a ceiling or steady increase.

Thank you for the tip on power supply, looking at current draw numbers are concerning if this ps really only puts out 300w-ish after being heat soaked and running all day.

40 minutes into the burn test, 68c on package 51c/28c on other nodes. Should I be concerned?

You can't control the IF with a ryzen 2000. Your ram can hit 3466 16 20 18 20 40 60 1.45v. Use the hynix mfr subtiming/settings from ryzen dram calculator and these trfcs: 607 451 277.

My ram is micron e-die 2x8 1R, it's stable at 3200 running cl16-18-18-36 factory timings and i ran 3400 at the same clocks past few days off a fresh cmos with only 1 issue(mouse randomly disconnected shut off, took some fiddling to get it back not sure if that was software errors but it has only done this once before and while OC'ing ram.)
Can you tell me what the sweet spot is to lock my cpu and ram mhz at? The other sticks i have are hynix and were purchased over a year later, will not post past 2933 mhz but "sometimes" runs way tighter timings.
