Try if you can find an R5 1600 AF for less than 100$. For your use case it is overkill. Even the non AF is overkill.

https://geizhals.de/amd-ryzen-5-1600...-a2201923.html

Not sure about the AF but my regular R5 1600 came with the Spire cooler, which is better than the Stealth. No need for that after market cooler. Invest on more M2 drives. Board should handle two and there are portable M2 drives now.

EDIT: I like that board but i don't see any usb C-type connector at the I/O that might come in handy for your use case. There is one internal for the front of case. My cheaper Asus Prime X470 Pro has one.

Alternative X570 board. Chipset is farther away from the graphics card.

The 970 Evo is not PCI-E 4.0 its 3.0 and its overpriced
As for buying old technology the use case you have means there is ZERO difference which means you are not paying for something better you are throwing money away for no reason

If you want to overspend you are free to do so but the same results can be achieved for far less
X570 boards might support PCI-E 4.0 but they also run very hot and loud while doing so because of how new the technology is

IMO AMD jumped the gun with PCI-E 4.0 and they should have waited a bit for the chipset technology to catch up so the power draw and thus the heat and noise would not be as bad as it is

I have updated my build to a cheaper mobo and ssd.

I also added a second nvme and an enclosure to keep backup files and use them on different machines

let me know if you recommend any other motherboard

The Intel 660P is that cheap because its slower than a HDD in some use cases like moving large files to and from it, it uses QLC NAND flash which is dirt cheap but not all that good or fast
A Corsair Force MP510 is 38 euros more and is much faster and better

I would take two of those instead of an overpriced 970 Evo and a rubbish 660P or you could ditch the 660P and get a Seagate Ironwolf Pro if you just need storage space and not speed

The cheaper one is PCI-E 3,0 and the one with the higher price is PCI-E 4,0
As for the Silicon Power if its on the list it has a Phison E12 controller which means its not going to be all that different than any of the others one the list
