RM On system startup help

Ok so I'll be quick and cut to the chase. I have an aorus x570 I wifi MB that DOESN'T have per CCX overclocking available via bios. I am running the highest stable all core OC for a 3950x(4.2Ghz @ 1.3vcore) via bios, and tweaking my CCXs up via RM software to get 4350, 4400, 4225, and 4200 for all CCXs, and any higher leads to instability.

Is there a way for me to enable my RM per CCX OC on startup? I've looked into it but nobody seems to have a solution, and I've checked most option in my bios but none seem to support bios per CCX OCing, so I'm kinda at a loss...If anyone has a more elegant solution that task scheduler, please let me know
