Best optimal bios setting for non O/C Ryzen 3600?

Hey, i have new build with Ryzen 5 3600 + x570 motherboard (Asus Strix F-Gaming) + Noctua NH-U12S + Corsair Vengeance 2x8 gb 3600 mhz cas 18
What are the best optimal bios settings?
I do not want to o/c cpu, in fact, i would prefer lower temperatures, i have heard about lowering vcore
Mine by default is pretty high, something like 1.446, i got around 40/42 at idle (even on bios, i have updated bios to the latest and cpu idle temperatures have increased from 32 to 45/50, sometimes lower, like 40)
On desk, i got sightly worse temps with latest bios, 41/42 instead of 38/39

Thanks

Hi cant speak for optimal BIOS for your board i have diferent vendor. What you see vcore voltage is single core voltage value is normal. vcore on r5 3600 fluctuates between 1 and 1.47v depends of cores usage . To have better idea download monitoring software like hwinfo. I recomend to leave vcore on auto setting.

+rep.

Want to add for emphasis. For the CPU just set it at optimal default. The ram, you can try XMP with a little voltage bump maybe. If stock is 1.35 . . . try 1.37v. Any higher, then use the DRAM calculator.

If you keep the cpu at stock one fan on the U12S is enough.
