To B-Die or not to B-Die

So after some testing around the "16-19" Trident Neos I have noticed that they are as loose as Intel's grip on the situation.

Was thinking of getting something else , 32gb is nice to have but not really important so my first option for now is the Viper steel 4400mhz ones but I am still open for other suggestions.(Grey/red tridents that are usually found in Ebay?)

+Points for a fully black kit to match the rest.

Well you can always buy two sets of viper steel 4400. That’s what I did. But had some issues, so I went with GTZ NEO dual rank b-die 32gb and it’s very good too.

The problem with the 16-16 Neos (F4-3600C16D-32GTZN) is they are around $300 right now.
looks like getting a set of the viper steels and just get another set when ever I need them or they get to that magical $99 like 4 months ago.

Maybe my Trident Z 3600 C15 kit.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...#gid=509536383

It's decent as you can see. The only issue is that it doesn't have the temperature sensor as some of the other Trident Z models.

The 4400 C19 Viper Steel kit is very nice but won't scale down to as tight timings as a 3600 kit due to the A2 PCB. 4400 is more suited for Intel Z390 where you can push for high frequency. For Ryzen it's 3800 max obviously. 3800 CL13/14 & as tight as possible is where you want to be at.

In a case like this what is the kit that will do very tight(Tightest?) timings at 3800mhz?

Probably this one or the 3600C14 Neo kit which is very very expensive.

You need to get lucky with the PCB as well. 10-layer A1 is better than 8-layer A1 according to @Veii . I was lucky and got a 10-layer kit.

IMO it doesn't get much tighter than this at 3800. Assuming that your CPU can do 1900MHz FCLK in the first place.

That's probably a newer version of my kit. Mine is F4-3600C15-8GTZ.

There's no way to know for sure before checking with Taiphoon Burner. Some guy on OCN has this kit but with an 8 layer PCB.
