New Ryzen Built --- Questions ---

Hello guys!.

Yesterday I built my latest PC. First time AMD cpu user. I have built many Intel builds but this one was the first AMD one. The specs I have are as follows.

CPU 3900X
MSI Meg X570 Unify
Noctua D15 Chromaxblack
Seasonic GM750 semi modular PSU
Gskill Trident Neo 3600 mhz

Basically I came across 2 problems when I built this machine last night. The first one was that I could not connect the second CPU power 8 pin connector. Seems my PSU has only for 1. So i did that I connected the CPU power 8 pin one but missing the second one. Do i need to find another PSU in order to connect to the second CPU Power 8 pin connector? I am planning of overclocking the cpu. Would like to know why this new modern PSU does not have the second 8 pin CPU power adapter.

Second question I researched and I was under the impression that I was going to be okay with my Cooler and the memory. I knew it the second fan has to be risen in order to use it. It happened that with my case Fractal Design Meshify C I could not use the second fan since If i placed it on top of memory the case cover wont close. So I used that second fan for the case and I am planning of getting a Noctua fan of 120 mm instead and put in place of the second one. What are you thoughts on this? What fan you guys recommend to put instead? Should I just leave it like that or what you guys suggest?

Highly appreciated.
