Weird timings on manual of DRAM Calculator 1.70

After importing my ram settings from THAIPHOON BURNER the fast and safe settings seem to work well but when I set manual which forces only safe option, it completely changes my CAS to 14? I doubt I can even post with CAS 14 especially with much less DRAM voltage vs the fast setting of v1. Is this just an oddity of my ram?

My ram = F4-3600C16-16GVKC
motherboard = Asus TUF x570 Plus WiFi
cpu = Ryzen 3900x

If anyone has this RAM and want to share their settings I'd appreciate it.

Nothing weird to my eyes, they actually look even quite low for new hynix ICs
Voltage wouldn't exceed over 1.46v at all, as it's on 17nm
tWTR_S/L look buggy but that's likely just me

Start with
cLDO_VDDP 900mV
cLDO_VDDG IOD 1050 mV
cLDO_VDDG CCD 975 mV
vSOC 1.1v with a bit of a strong loadline , something 2x under flat
procODT 53Ω
RTT_WR 80Ω
RTT_PARK 240Ω
CAD_BUS 60-20-20-24Ω

If you face random cold boot issues, aka no post
Change CAD_BUS to 40-20-24-24Ω

Use this tool to make a timings report after you set up everything
https://github.com/irusanov/ZenTimings/releases
Also Navigate inside AMD Overclocking-> UncoreOC , enable this - in order for it to accept own voltages

So it could do CAS 14 with the settings you suggest above possibly? I thought only the top memory could attempt CAS 14 at FCLK 1900? I posted the timings of what I'm currently at, but would love to do better if possible.

I fixed my post above a bit
But if you want to go step by step on it:

This should work
Need to find out if you can use this tRFC or your kits will refuse
At worst push 1.42v vDIMM through it if doesn't post, but it shouldn't be thaat low

In your last post you still have the tCL at 16? I thought we were trying for 14 like the calculator was suggesting?
