Any DDR4 that does 3800/1900 with less than 1.4v?

Which 2x16GB kit can hit 3800mhz and 1900 fclk on Ryzen 3000 with a low vDDR of 1.35~1.4? And low SoC of less than 1.1v?

I have multiple kits of 16GB and 32GB TridentZ 3866 GTZR (Samsung-B; non-Neo) rated at 1.35v...and which oc to well beyond 4133 below 1.4v w/ tight timings.

I know my kits does it's XMP profile all the way to ~3933Mhz @ 1.200V

It's really crappy timings but there are kits that can do low voltage.

I got the earliest possible Micron Rev.E JEDEC 3466Mhz CL19-23-23-23 @ 1.200V kits. Manufacture: 2018, week 14.

I've OC:ed them to 1.700V CL13 GDM:disabled.

Newer Rev.E are all 1.350V but I think most can do 3800Mhz but possibly not with their XMP profile & timings. Only the better more expensive kits can do low timings at that speed, but most of them should be able to do 3800Mhz for your choice of voltage if you relax the timings up a bit.

Gigabyte X570 AORUS XTREME, Ryzen 7 3800X PBO boost, 3800/1900 MEM/FCLK, 13.23.17.30.66.tRFC 600 1T 1.700V
4x8Gb Kingston HX434C19FB2K2/16 3466C19 1.2V (Micron Rev.E 16nm [D9VPP])
