After installing various Intel drivers like RST, there's a new folder called Intel directly under the C: drive. Is it safe to delete this folder?

Yes, its safe. It's where the installer writes the log files. If there is something else there, then don't delete.

You know you are living in 2012 when... Every commercial on television has a web site at the bottom of the screen.
