Could you look at KB3123862? According to a post here its another win10 nagware....

I will be looking at it over the next couple hours since I am at work. Have to use Teamviewer to link to home and that is down for some reason frown.gif. A quick search indicates it's not a good update. But I need to do more research to comfirm. Will get back to you on this thread.

Looks like M$ is really pushing Windows 10 as 1 user showed a photo with it in his updates.

Just what I am looking for, I just system restored and was debating what updates to download. Right now, I am having a problem of even finding updates on windows update. I wonder if I disabled something along the way.

I would like to update windows with the ones I actually need.

Any advice on how I can check and see which updates I have / need?

The initial search for updates after a reinstall can take upwards of 30-45 minutes unfortunately. After installing most of the security updates the process becomes faster. The issue is on Micro$ofts side. Most likely they have gimped the update process to piss people off enough to update to W10. To check which updates you have installed go to Control Panel / Programs & Features / View Installed Updates. There it will show which updates are installed. Let me know if you need further help.

I updated my Windows when I installed it and I haven't updated since. Updating Windows is now the greatest security threat our PC's face.

Hi guys I just updated the OP. I have added anchors and spoilers so it should be easier to read. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The anchors work, but they're too low.
