I also noticed that none of my methods (and even with as much I've taken out of the OS itself) of stopping Windows 10 from installing updates no longer work either. Might just have to see if I can take the Windows Update components out of the OS entirely.

True. But I download new builds pretty regularly. So that's not really an issue.
