Hi. I'm using Win 10 pro and everytime I turn on the computer from cold boot I need to wait for a bout a minture before my pc connects to a network. What is causing this issue?

Friend of mine said it was Origin :/
I haven't installed Origin yet to test that statement.

The problem is that this kind of issue can be really hard to substantively nail down. Can you definitely say what software you installed that might have been correlated with this effect?

Can't say really because I uninstalled everything that might have caused the delay like origin, steam, uplay, skype but nothing changed. It stared after the last major windows 10 update.

Probably your network driver was "helpfully" upgraded or replaced. See if you can reinstall the manufacturer-supplied driver and if that fixes the problem, you're good to go.
