Question Is there a way to limit even more the Guest account on Win10 Home?

Hello, I need to create a guest account (Or a variation of it) that can't edit system files, install programs or edit settings, and on top of that, that can only download files to specific folders on the system, is there a way to limit the guest account to that intent? Can I do it natively in Windows or do I need a program to do it so?

Thanks!!

You can do all that in Windows.
But it may be easier to just great a new user account and fix that the way you want it.
