How to stop screen layout/position changing when screen turned off.

Never had this issue on win7 but recently upgraded my CMS server which records all my security cameras, Since it was a new computer I needed to get a new licence key for windows and 10 seemed to be the best option.
Has 3 screens attached to it.

Problem I have is the CMS im using to record video has a bug where if you dont click on the app every 4-5 hours it stops recording the video.
Manufacture abandoned the software and support for the Cameras so im stuck using the work around which is using autohotkey to move the mouse onto the program and click every 2 hours.

On win7 it worked fine Id set the screen location in autohot key. Then turn that screen off and it would carry on working with out issue.
Well on win10 I turn that screen off and the program move to different screen instead of staying in place. Turn all the screens off and windows puts everything minimised.

Iv tried googling for a fix but dont even know what to call the problem so come up with nothing.
Any one know how to stop win10 doing this?

Few hours googling,
Answer is Win10 picks up there is no screen connected and trys to be nice to you and not let things get lost off screen so it will moves everything to next screen.
Then if there is no screen detected it minimise to task bar to save power.

Win10 you cant turn off the auto detect monitor mode like 7 has off by default, 8 and 8.1 had on by default but gave you option to turn off still.

There is a plug you can buy which goes inline with one of the screens and will always show as its plugged in and powered onto windows.
So I need to order one of those.
And iv written a simple app in C to scan for location of CMS and move mouse to that place then click once then move back to where it was. So this will take care of it moving to different screen locations.
