CTRL+SHIFT+F not working

I'm not entirely sure when this started happening but that key combination does not work anymore. I have tried in many different programs, such as Visual Studio Code and PhpStorm e.t.c, e.g. any editor that supports the key combination.

I have a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth and I had an idea to create a macro with those key combinations. I found something very interesting. I've uploaded screenshot of what the Razer software detects when I try to record the macro. It does not seem to register the down action on the F key. On other combinations such as CTRL+F, it works fine no problem. Even when I manually insert an F down action before the up action, it still does not work when I try the macro in those programs.

I don't think it's a keyboard problem because I use Synergy to control another PC. Using the same keyboard, I am able to do that combination in the same applications on that other PC. So I feel it's a Windows problem, or at least a software problem on the main PC that's causing this but I have no idea what.
