Win10 system tray bug

So, it's not the first time I'm facing this issue
https://www.overclock.net/forum/atta...221276&thumb=1
As you can see, the way this little window shows tray icon is broken - it only shows first 6 icons of what it generally should, it doesn't show all the icons + it doesn't show the icons of further launched programs.

So, what is it and how to get rid of it? Didn't found any setting or checkbox regarding this stuff

Believe it or not, I did it already.
Yesterday. It was the other reason, but, neverless..

OS is fresh&clean, 24h running, legit (used official microsoft mc tool with win10), so it's not even activated yet. And this bug happend to me just a few hours ago, idk even why it popped up again.

Before and after this bug occured? Nope, nothing, only thing I think about - this ****ty "Let Windows try to fix apps so they’re not blurry" function - I don't know if it triggered the bug, but I do remeber when it popped up before, I've had alot of problems with fullscreen apps running at the same time.

P.S. I've checked 3D screen option box in win screen settings - after setting waaas aapplied, everything came baack to normal.

I have the same, recurring issue in Win 10. While I haven't figured out what's causing it, I can clear the issue by opening the Processes tab in Task Manager, and restarting Windows Explorer by right clicking on it and selecting Restart:

There is a probability the tray glitch reason may be listed in events viewer.
