Windows pastes the same text

Hey for some reason whenever i copy and paste text instead of pasting what i copied this is what it pastes.

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\PRODUCT_NAME_ UNKNOWN_CrashDumpPRODUCT_VERSION_MAJOR_UNKNOWN-PRODUCT_VERSION_MINOR_UNKNOWN-2018-11-06--04-30-00_.dmp

This is a fresh install of Windows 10. Mobo is z390 cpu is i7 8700k
I am using the same software that i had when running a z370 and the 8700k.

Any ideas on what is doing this or how to solve it?

Hi,
Use tfc
Download it to your desktop it's important you do this,
Right click it and select run as administrator
Hit the start button in it and it only takes a couple seconds to flush everything.
A windows explorer window may open just close it and hit exit and restart the machine.
tfc may restart for you if it has to, to clear the files...

Hi,
Which build by the way 1809 was recalled but was supposed to have added multiple clip board features where as only a single clip board instance was the norm.
See if there is a paste special or similar option.

Ok looks like it has to do with Canon Ts 9120 apps or drivers. I had it set up as a networked(lan) printer. Delete everything and i dont have the problem anymore. Will try to set it up attached via usb and see what happens.

This is to do with the Realtek audio driver service "Nahimic service", the latest version creates a crashdump every few seconds to the temp folder. this overwrites any copy paste. I had this exact same problem and removing the Nahimic service fixes it. you can check for yourself before you remove realtek drivers just open task manager and kill the service named NAHIMIC. once that's stopped/killed you can now copy and paste as per normal. check %USER DATA% temp folder for all the crashdumps will be there and no longer writing every second. you can just uninstall and re-install realtek driver and Ive had no problems since. not sure what the cause is but thats a temp fix for you.

Have you had any instances of the crash yet after you uninstalled and reinstalled the driver?

You are right. My problem came back. I stopped the service and the dumps stopped. I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it. Will see if it holds up in a couple of days. I deleted 5739 of those dump files wow. Thanks
