I know some of you probably frown down on those "All in one tweaking" tools, but I was wondering if there is anything better / different than Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4.4.1? I'm trying to get the max performance from Windows 10 64-bit pro.
Specs are Intel core i5 6500, 16GB DDR4, 512 GB Sandisk "3d" SSD, 1060 3gb... Asus TUF Z270 mark 2.
If you truly want to get the best performance or whichever other goal, I would suggest sticking to more advanced (than using AIO tweaker that is) approaches of using specific .reg, .cmd, .bat tweaks from forums that tend to give proper enable and disable tweaks. I also suggest through research. That's the only way you will understand what exactly is going on. AIO tweaker is a good way to mess things up IMHO. There is one that I do use and that I do trust - DISM ++. For lighter tweaking - WinAero. Visit MyDigitalLife.info forums - a good place to start.
I can suggest some specific tweaks (rare stuff!), but I just don't have time to write up which tweaks do what... They are all for minimalist approach - disable as much as possible - from DEP to all kinds of logging to process counters and even de-couple/de-link services through registry
