Windows 10 Blue Screen Crash

I currently have an AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Vengence RGB 16 GB @ 3000 MHZ Ram
MSI Tomahawk B350 Motherboard

I have Windows 10 which I will install fresh on a new Western Digital 1TB Hard Drive

Installation will be fine, I will go through all the hoops and what have you. I reboot, and I get hit with
the error watchdog clock timeout error and a reboot, and this just continue(s) I can not update or anything
of the sort, I am then forced to reload and go back to Windows 8.1 Blah!!

Here is my theory of what I would like to do.

A. I would like to do a boot to an external usb drive or something of the sort
B. Not screw up the MBR
C. Run Windows 10 and test with my software I will install as Windows 8.1 is slow as crap

Here is a cpuz of my current windows 8.1 system for those who may care.

I understand that the ryzen is a newer processor on a borderline older operating system? Any suggestions
