Shift + D acts like Restore Down

When i press Shift + D to make a big letter d the windows gets smaller. It acts exactly as when i restore down a window. It happens both on web browsers or any program i have open.
I've tried different keyboard and have no idea what the problem can be. Any tips?

Any ideas? Don't really want to reinstall Windows and losing all files and so on.
