EULA files on C: Drive

Please look at the attached image and let me know if the indicated files can be safely deleted.

They're actually from a VisualC(++) redistributable install. Likely from a game. Yes, they're safe to delete. If you had more than one drive connected, they would be on the last listed disk (eg, with C:, D:, E: drives, they would be on drive E:...) at least they always have been for me.

I wish the VC redist installers tidied up after themselves better.

Hey thanks on the heads up on this last part. I checked, I guess mine actually tidied up after itself as I found no files on any other drive.
