we have a 9 year old who changed her password and cant remember what it is can we do something to get into it and change it.

Don't you need the original password to put a new one in???

I was asumeing your child had his or her own log on accnt. If the master administrator password was changed. One of the senior members may know how to get into it. If their is a way.

If you cant get into the administrator account I think you can reset the password by leaving the mobo battery out for 24 hours or something like that. I could be wrong but I think Ive heard that somewhere.
