Hit "Print Screen" on your keyboard

Paste into your favorite photo editing application

Save as a .png (or other compressed extension)

Upload to a photo hosting website (www.imageshack.com, www.photobucket.com, etc.), or upload to OC.net through the post

Link to the image using [IMG] tags.

you need to get a website to host your pics....
I use FLICKER, PHOTOBUCKET, FOTOLIA.....

they are free.

Next question is, what is a good free photoshoping utility, that i can easily download?

click start menu then search for snipping tool(it comes with vista)

you dont need a website to host pics...when u post attach the file,then click preview post,then click the attachment,once that is done copy the link from the address bar, then click insert pic,then paste the link

By Photoshopping you mean image editing? GIMP is the best in my opinion, though for light weight stuff Paint.net is nice.
