So I set my CF but I am not happy with some of the video bugs I keep seeing while playing games, I think they my be due to the old 8800 drivers, ATI drivers and such, that were not completely removed by uninstall programs. Anyway I think it is time for a clean install. Now can I do the install with the CF cards in? Will make any difference?

Well, if you don't want to do a clean install....you can always run Driver Cleaner Pro to get rid of all drivers.
If you just want to do a clean install anyways, it should not be a problem with the CF cards in. I know when I reformatted, I had my cards in CF and have never had any problems with them.

Thanks..I have used driver sweeper but it will not remove a few nivda .dll files. and even thought I removed rivia tuner I had to go back and delete it manually as it was still there. Plus I have made many system upgrades in the last few months.

No problem.
If you made a lot of new systen upgrades and still have a lot of files that are still trying to get rid of, your best bet would just be to reformat and start fresh.
It won't be a problem having both GPU's installed either.
Just DL the newest drivers when your install is done and your good to do.
