I am thinking of writing a program that will automatically bump a thread every four hours. This will be for trading on a Diablo 2 forum.

I have good knowledge of c++ but don't really know where to start for this. I'm just looking for some suggestions on what to start to look at for this, if it is even possible.

I was thinking I would be able to have the thread open in chrome, then maybe get the program to refresh the page and then simply press the bump button. How would I go about doing this? It does not seem like it would be to difficult once I figure out where to start!

That is not a problem. But I have never learned anything about windows programming in regards to using the cursor and what not. Where should I start for something like this?

You realize that what you want to do probably violates the TOS of the forum and will get you banned, no?

Of this forum or the other one? I apologigize if it is this one.

If it is the other one, I highly doubt they will find out. I don't think that would be a perm ban anyway.
