It will be a bit hard to help you out. "ERROR 2000 (HY000): Unknown MySQL error" . It could be that your using a mismatched authentication component.

Is there any additional information that you can provide?

Hi Dale,

If you are connecting to a remote database server, you may have to contact the host to have you IP address added to the allowed list. The remote server may be set to disallow connections from unknown hosts. If it useless try this program - https://www.repairtoolbox.com/mysqlrepair.html
This program for fixing MyISAM and InnoDB databases in Windows

Good luck,
Mike
