Can i package a C# console program into a Batch in visual studio, or at all? if so how

I did a search because it has been awhile since I wrote a console application.

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3406313/how-to-create-bat-file-to-run-c-sharp-code

So if you build your project and create an .exe out of it you can then write a batch script that can execute it.

i am looking for a way of having one file over 2, the c# one and the bat? any ideas? other than learning the language and rewriting my program?
