This is an outdated statement ? After examining various examples I see this on some sites, but not others.
As can be seen, I have just started using Python (2.7.3) and Glade(3.8.0) and I have had some difficulty in finding documentation. I have struggled to find the various attributes and methods in using Glade and Python.
I am also looking for tutorial documentation and books on using Glade with Python.
Some of the doc's seem outdated (by post date) and others reference C/C++.

Well you do know this tutorial was written 8 years ago, using python 2.3 or 2.4, so some of the syntax will be a little bit out of date.

Most of the info is still valid, so you just need to do a little updating.
And as for a more up to date tutorial ,try this one.
Still not the most recent, but at least it's not 8 years old.

Good luck and happy coding.
