Sorry to be a party pooper, but this is not a sale....more like an auction of sorts with a reserve condition on you getting a cpu you have no idea you will get?. Why not get the 3900xt and then sell the 3800x as soon as you secure the 3900 xt? that way you won't have any issues at all.

You reap what you sow....
