[WTB] GTX 950/1050 or similar.

Pretty simple, trying to give my kids rig a little oomph. Currently has a GTX 750. She's been playing Roblox and Minecraft so it's been fine but she's getting in to more complex games (Fortnite, Apex) and it's starting to show it's age. She has a Asus ROG prebuilt so we're kind of limited, meaning it has to be powered by PCIe. (75W). Just trying to get something to hold her over until the end of the year when I get her a whole new rig. She just got a Nintendo Switch so i'm a little reluctant to buy her a new PC right now, slowly winning her over to the master race. Thanks!

The only 950 that doesn't require a 6-pin is the Asus GTX 950-2G, FWIW.

Grab a RX 460. $62.

Funny you mentioned the 460, I had a buddy lend me one. Didn't seem like it was getting enough juice. Ran fine on the desktop or not so intensive games but anything demanding locked it up. Might have been the card though. I saw this earlier on SD but looks like it sold out. https://store.zotac.com/geforcer-gtx...zt-90608-10l-r

Yeah, I'm a big liar. Apparently MSI has one too, the 950 OCV2.

Ignore me
